This beautiful 3 bedroom Villa is located in a quiet location yet only a few minutes walking distance from Malama beach and all the pubs and restaurants in Kapparis. The villa has its own private overflow swimming pool, a large bbq area and it offers Quiet and relaxing holidays. The downstairs is of bright and spacious open plan living accommodation with a fully fitted kitchen and a breakfast island, which making this a great key ready property. The ground floor also has a guest wc. Upstairs are 3 good sized bedrooms with a family bathroom. All three rooms have double bed and the master bedroom has an en suite bathroom

Wir waren zu Dritt und hatten einen tolle Woche! Im großen und ganzen hat alles gepasst, Victoria, eine liebe und lustige Betreuerin,war sehr hilfsbereit und hat immer sofort reagiert! Der Kühlschrank war mit Getränken und Milch gefüllt, etwas Kaffe, schwarzer Tee u. Zucker und Cornflakes standen zur Verfügung, es gab aber wie beschrieben keine Gewürze ,Öl, Salz usw. und wie in allen Mietobjekten kein scharfes Messer., das kommt immer ins Großgepäck bei mir. Dafür waren Geschirrtücher da!! Der Supermarkt ist gleich ums Eck. Für die kühleren Nächte wären ein paar extra Decken fein. Netter kleiner Pool und schöner Außenbereich! Eine sehr ruhige Wohnstraße, ein paar Minuten zum Strand und tolle Restaurants rundherum!
Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans ce logement, l'emplacement est parfait, à proximité immédiate de la charmante plage de Malama avec son bar/restaurant Kalifi vraiment très sympa. la plage de Kalimies à quelques minutes est ausse très sympa pour manger au restau. La maison est spacieuse, 3 grandes chambres, l'extérieur est très chouette (table de ping pong, plusieurs espaces pour dîner, grande piscine très propre...). l'interieur de la maison mériterait un petit rafraîchissement et la déco est très sommaire, pas très chaleureux.
Great place with plenty of room to relax when you have finished at the beach. Close to shops and restaurants but far enough to be quiet and peaceful.

We had a great stay. We were a big family of 7 and an infant and the house was big enough The house is very privat and situated in a very quiet neighborhood. A great compliment to Victoria that helped us during our stay, we had some problems with the house but Victoria was very quick with fixing them so we felt very taken care of. It’s close to supermarket and the beach is just a few minutes away. Pool guy came every third day to clean the pool and the cleaners came at regular intervals Both adults and children had a very nice stay at Villa Efthia
