We have stayed in this area and this sort of house before so we knew what to expect. Its not a super modern house but we knew that. The house was exactly as it was described on the listing. Its a very big and spacious house and perfect for 8 people. And so is the outside and pool area. The outside sitting area and over the pool theres lots of shaded areas. We really liked this! Bedrooms and bed themselves, the en suite and bathrooms are very big and spacious. With a lot of storage space. Everything was working but some things do need updating like the dishwasher, kitchen drawers, or the showers (not enough water coming out for women to wash their hair). The area is very nice with a supermarket, bakery, coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. Its very close to a hotel with nighttime entertainment but it finishes before 10pm so we didn’t mind. Also the outside area is not completely private but again we didn’t mind because we knew that. We will be staying here again

Warning. This is NOT a luxury house. AC's work for a limited time a day. No hot water for all guests. Lots of warnings throughout the house that is not put in writing in the communication from the owner. Like not enough water, AC not working for more than an hour or so, electrical instalation warning (dont use oven and AC at the same time) Dishwasher was broken. Solar powered water heater that might break if used and so on and on - Extra bed was broken and an extra fridge in the kitchen that was not even in use was blocking the window. Outside area is not private at all, and the owner changed the pictures of the house (outside and inside) before we arrived. Not sure this is even the house we rented. It looked VERY different.

The villa was fine. A little to close to the neighbouring villas, so when anyone else desides to be inconsiderate and play loud music in their garden pool to the early hours in the morning, you can't do much about it. Other than that, the villa was full of all you would need.
