Fantastic property in an ideal location. Loads of room for our group to be together throughout the stay. Sizeable entertaining space throughout. I had the responsibility of finding a property for our group. Needless to say all were all mightily impressed. Responsive host, made to feel very welcome.

We had the most wonderful stay here! All the rooms were so spacious and everything felt very luxurious. Even the drive in to the cottage is lovely and has an exclusive feel. The garden is beautiful and very green. The hosts are very flexible and generous, which was much appreciated. Also the proper coffee machine is a very nice touch! Looking forward to coming to stay here again.

Our stay at the house was great. Ideal location for golf courses in the surrounding area. Jeremy and Debs were very good hosts and extremely responsive. I would definitely stay at the house again if I was to return to Formby.

We booked 'Peaceful Golf Retreat' as a group of 6 golfers with dinner & 36 holes of golf at Formby Golf Club. The location is perfect adjacent to the 18th fairway and a short walk to the clubhouse through a cut through. The property is immaculate with a lot of thought and detail making it a luxurious and comfortable base, especially for golfing groups. The huge bedrooms with spotless en-suite bathrooms were very comfortable. The open kitchen and spacious living room were ideal for socialising and relaxing. Our group came in 5 cars and had no trouble parking on the drive. Debs our host made us very welcome and even popped some beers in the 'fridge to enjoy watching the rugby. The communication was spot on and helped some of our more senior navigate the Yale Smart Lock which needed an app to use. Overall a perfect stay.
