everything was exactly what I was looking for. it was clean, quiet, very very comfortable and it was a pleasure dealing with Brian. I wish I would have had time to talk with him more. I would definitely stay there again.

I really appreciated how quickly Brian answered any queries we had. Entry procedure was quick and easy and the apartment was spotless. I wasn't sure about the layout of the space from the photos but it was well laid out, well lit and roomy. The house is 5 minutes from the 401 so it's incredibly easy to get around the area. We needed to be in Kitchener for a 9:00 appointment and it was straightforward getting there. I went for a long walk after dark and felt safe and comfortable walking in the neighbourhood. I also appreciated being able to back the car up to the side door (entry) for unloading our stuff. There is a flight of carpeted stairs down to the space but that was no problem for us. There was an item we needed which wasn't in the kitchen so I texted Brian to ask about it. We went out for dinner and when we came back, the item was sitting inside the door waiting for us. Brian is an excellent host who makes sure his guests are comfortable and well looked after.
