i didnt not stay at Iains place. Iain quickly let me know the internet issue his place was having and offered me a refund if i wish after i made my booking. i appreciate Iains efficient communication, honesty and prompt responses. i hope to visit Iain's place one day.
Iain was very helpful and accommodating, and we could leave our expensive bikes safe in the garage. We enjoyed cooking dinner after a long cycle - the kitchen wasn’t spotless but functional and reasonably equipped. Very good price!

Had a fabulous stay at Iain's place. Spotlessly clean and the room had a really nice relaxed feel to it. The location was perfect as well. I highly recommend Iain's place if you are staying in Lichfield. Will definitely stay again.

Big fan of Birmingham City FC (unfortunately) and travel up and down the country following them whenever possible. Love to travel, although i've not managed to do as much as i would like so definitely plan to do a lot more in the near future.
