A spacious and light private apartment in a traditional Dutch townhouse, located near one of the liveliest streets in Rotterdam, Nieuwe Binnenweg. Many nice shops, bars and restaurants. There are museums around. There are unique wonders of the city. Ten minutes walk to the city centre. There are many supermarkets around the corner. The townhouse has many private apartments with residents. Keywords: very clean and cosy, great local Our apartments are non-smoking and not suitable for children up to 12 years old

Loc’s apartment was very convenient for a few days stay in Rotterdam. It was clean, quiet, minimally furnished, but with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Loc was quick to respond and gave us clear instructions on checking in and out. It was a short walk to the central train station and most of the major sights downtown (15-20 minutes). Would recommend.

Viihdyimme asunnossa hyvin mieheni kanssa. Paikka on sijainniltaan loistava ja varsinkin jos pidät julkisilla kulkuvälineillä liikkumisesta niin välimatkat raitiovaunuille, metroon ja juna-asemalle ovat helposti käveltävissä.

First time in Rotterdam, we came for the marathon. We loved the city and we truly enjoyed our stay in the flat that is located centrally, but in a quiet area. Close to the train station (<20 minutes walk) 10/15 minutes walk to Witte de Wisthraat. 15/20 minutes walk to Leundenhaven. The self check-in/checkout worked easily, Loc sends detailed instructions with pictures, so you can't go wrong even if you try! The flat is sparkling clean, well equipped with complimentary items like tea, coffee, water bottle, salt, washing up liquid, etc. Really, everything you might need is there. Loc is very attentive and messages you over the stay to ensure everything is OK. Two tips as the flat might not be for everyone: - steepy stairs: the flat is located on the upper floor. We are in The Netherlands and it's common to find steepy stairs. - The bed is a French double bed (140cm), so if you are big people, this is something you need to consider. Great stay, we really recommend Loc's!

Das Appartement bietet alles, was man braucht, und ist hell. Die Lage ist super. Zu Fuß sind es zehn Minuten zum grandiosen Depot Boijmans Van Beuningen, 15 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof, 20 Minuten zur lebhaften Witte de Whitstraat mit ihren vielen Restaurants und Kneipen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt dort! Kleines Minus: die auch nachts relativ stark befahrene Straße s Gravendijkwal gleich um die Ecke.

PARKING
If you travel by car there is paid parking on the street. It’s very expensive, around 4 euros per hour.
A good and cheaper option to park your car in the neighbourhood is in the nearest garage, Garage Museumpark (address: Museumpark 32).
It’s 600 meters from the studio.
If you want to park your car for free then there is another location, P+R Capelsebrug (Address: Capelsebrugpad 60).
You have to take the metro from the metro station ‘Capelsebrug’ to the studio (around 30 minutes).
Take metro A, B (Schiedam Centrum) or C (De Akkers).
Get off the metro at station ‘Dijkzigt’ . From this station, it’s a 7-minute walk to the house.
