Everything was good except for the kitchen, the dishes and forks and knives were not clean at all

Reasonably priced open plan studio with plenty of space. The kitchen is well equipped, and you also have a washing machine and drying rack. Some of the kitchen utensils could have done with a wash though and the kettle looked like it had seen better days. However, the space was clean and everything worked as it should. Anchela and Erik were friendly and approachable, they made the check in/out easy and were proactive in asking us if we needed anything during our stay. The room is well located with a tram / bus stop nearby, a 25 minute walk away from Rotterdam Central Station, and a Jumbo (supermarket) a short walking distance away.

Great value, in an up and coming area of Rotterdam, lots of great restaurants around the corner and still convenient to get into the city centre. Was a slight issue with the hot water on both mornings and with the other people renting from Erik the apartment above but both are out of their control. Apartment itself was perfect. Clean, spacious, and with everything you could need
