We were warned that housekeeping said a load of laundry was in the washer and it wasn’t draining and they forgot to take out trash. We got the washer going and let Lauren know and other problems. The dryer was not connected to the vent outside so the room got very hot. We tried to fix and got the dryer exhaust about halfway on. The floor in laundry room had water on it and we cleaned that up. Trash can in bathroom not emptied. Some tobacco left in drawer in bedroom. Ice machine not working or not hooked up? Two blinds broken which she was aware of. Main window in living room had a blind all the way closed. There was only 1 fork and 2 knives. There was a post hole about 2 feet deep close to the back door, we put a trash can over to avoid injury. I communicated issues and Lauren apologized and said she would issue us a refund from Airbnb. It’s been a week since we checked out and no refund. Also did not receive twice promised gift card for a local winery.

Beautiful nearby state park with a public beach. Had a few bumps in the road but Lauren address the issues and did what she could to make it right.

Lauren’s place was the perfect little cottage for our family weekend getaway. The place was very clean and had everything that we needed. Just down the road from the public beach. Lauren is very easy to communicate with. We would love to come back another time. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Quiet pet friendly spot. Quick drive to many beautiful lakes. Lauren was extremely friendly and always responded when I needed her. The entire family loved this cottage. We are already looking for days to rebook.
