Sam and Gary have a great property in La Quinta! This is a charming and upgraded 2 bedroom that is literally steps away from the La Quinta Resort. The best of both worlds - a great spanish inspired home with tile work and custom finishes but still get the resort appeal. Great inner garden and large private courtyard make this house special. Sam and Gary have thought hard on the amenities and extra touches and the hotel linens and the finishings of this home was incredible. The kitchen appliances are upgraded, the bathrooms are great, and the technology and the home is just perfect! We loved the fully stocked kitchen, and it was so nice they provided all the supplies we could have needed. We were welcomed by some nice bottles of sparkling lemonade, treats, and orchids with a great welcome note. WOW! Sam and Gary are great hosts - they check in and are available whenever needed. We enjoyed our stay in La Quinta and they made it special. They are attentive, detailed, and caring hosts! A perfect stay! Thank you!! We look forward to returning again!

Sam and Gary are exceptional hosts! They both checked in with us often to make sure we had everything we needed. This rental is so cute and clean with a perfect location within Santa Rosa Cove. We enjoyed both patios everyday. We will be back to stay next year.

Sam’s CasaLosArboles is a charming gem delightful is many ways. The decor, the art, inside and out, the attention to coordinating details are even better than pictured. Gary or Sam were available to help and answer questions within minutes. They are super and fun. Both gave us their cell phone numbers. Checking in is a breeze with a keyless entry code. All needed information was given well in advance. The beds are comfortable with professionally cleaned linens. And all was clean and neat. No disappoints anywhere.

Los Arboles is truly a gem! Sam and Gary have thought of absolutely everything - it is a beautiful home away from home. Beautiful and well-appointed, this villa is perfectly located just inside the gates of the welcoming and private Santa Rosa Cove, and right next to the renowned La Quinta resort. We have walked over to the resort daily, used the nearby tennis court and pool, and enjoyed the fabulous restaurants and shops as well. This home has all the conveniences and charm you need, while being on vacation at one of the finest resorts in the world. The home offers wonderful and private spaces, beautiful appointments and artwork, and hosts that have been attentive to every detail. Inside, the home has wonderful and well-chosen furnishings, all comfortable and new. The bedding is all new and of high-quality, and the kitchen has everything a home cook needs. Two courtyards - one in front and one out back (with a gas barbecue) give this home warm and inviting spaces to get away. We will be back! We are so grateful to Sam and Gary for making this trip everything we needed and were looking for, allowing us privacy and a perfect getaway. Incredible value, attention to detail, accommodations, and beauty!
