This old house has been well cared for, lovely charm with a mysterious feel to it! There are family games. Beds and plenty of pillows. There is iron board fans and air mattress. Patio with fire pit. Con: could not find thermostat but I am sure if I had asked the host would have responded. Could not get Netflix to work but I am not tech savvy. Patio lights were super bright and bothers the neighbors but hose was cool about it! We had a comfortable fun stay in spite of the stat trip we had to make. Host let us book after 4pm thank god! And we came in at 2am without an issue. It was dark and hard to see the house numbers but we found it eventually. The front yard needs upkeep but we did not mind since we were inside all the time or at hospital!

My wife and I had a fantastic staycation here! The peaceful college hill neighborhood on a cobblestone street surrounded by other beautiful homes makes a great atmosphere. The inside is clean and well furnished. The two rooms, kitchen, and living areas are very spacious. The gym/laundry room is a nice touch. We loved The historic vibes. The decor like the suits of armor and built in dimmable candelabra light fixtures compliment the traditional/vintage design in a fun way, but the space is updated with good lighting, a new thermostat, and the full kitchen has modern appliances. There is plenty of comfortable seating in the dining and living areas, a nice large smart TV, and the outdoor area with grill and fire pit is well lit and cozy. We loved our stay and definitely want to come back sometime!

Staying with Jill was a great experience! The house was clean and welcoming. The college hill neighborhood has a lot of character and is great to walk around in. I recommend staying with Jill!

Jill is a response of host. When we had questions, she got back to us right away. We have stayed in this home before, and it is always spotless and has all the amenities.

Great place with all the amenities for 2 couples and a fenced area for our dog. The beds were very comfortable and the home was nicely furnished and decorated.
