This place is divine — it's very cozy and beautiful. The modern decor was what initially drew me to book it and I was impressed it looked just like the photos. As someone with high standards for cleanliness, I was happy with Jackie's place. The shower was great, even surpassing other upscale hotels I've stayed at in Napa. The water pressure, variety of spray settings, and even a dedicated bathroom heater made it an excellent shower experience. The surrounding area was nice — safe, secure, and with beautifully maintained grounds. I liked seeing and smelling the lavenders from the master bathroom, making me feel like I was in the French countryside! Jackie was very kind and accommodating. It's clear that she cares about every single detail and wants to make sure the place as comfortable for her guests as it could be. As for the noises, there were none and we stayed for a month. Thank you Jackie for sharing your lovely home with us. We hope to return again soon!

For our first trip to Napa this was the perfect place! Jackie has gone above and beyond to make her guests feel welcome and at home. From the snacks, coffee and water on refrigerator she has thought of everything! It is beautifully furnished and updated! Beds are extremely comfortable and cozy! Silverado Resort has lovely grounds and is a great central location with quick access to downtown Napa but also all the vineyards along Silverado Trail! Would definitely book again!

Great location for what we needed. We had an event in the area so we narrowed are search. Please was clean, exactly as described, and Jackie was very responsive during our entire stay when we had questions.
