The Arbor House was absolutely amazing. All 4 of us had our own private bedroom and ultra modern bathroom. We loved sitting outside in the evening, with the beautiful foliage and decorative lighting, while sipping our wine and reminiscing about that days adventure. We appreciated and enjoyed the breakfast foods provided by Joe, as well as the delicious selection of coffees, teas, and sparkling waters. There were many other extras that we enjoyed also, like the snack jars, and fire place. I would highly recommend The Arbor House to anyone looking for a perfect home and location near downtown Napa. We were only in the house for one night and wish we had had more. The house has a beautiful aesthetic, lots of room and privacy for multiple couples -- and has a fabulous outdoor space. The backyard is perfect place to unwind, drink some wine and enjoy a round or two of Bocce ball. The house is stocked with snacks and other great amenities. Joe has thought of everything. Check out was as simple as turning off the lights. While the location is technically walkable to downtown Napa, it is a little further than I anticipated. Probably a 20-minute walk. Quick, easy Uber trip, though -- and there is a lot of public parking downtown, if you want to drive in. I would not hesitate to recommend this property (or based on this experience, any of Joe's properties) for future trips.

A group of 7 of us stayed here. We never felt cramped and had plenty of room. The kitchen was so well stocked with everything needed. House was very clean and rooms were great! By far the best AirBNB I have ever stayed in.

Perfect spot for 3 couples. (Plenty of room for 4 couples too!). Pristine with breakfast supplies provided. Perfect outdoor area too. So walkable!

We stayed at Joe’s place in Napa and it was even better in person. Each room has their own en suite, a spacious dining room/living area, all the bathrooms were super modern and the entire house was beautiful. It was close to the downtown Napa area so it was easy to get to different restaurants and wineries. Joe was super communicative and quick to reply to answer questions and send recommendations. I would highly recommend this airbnb if you are looking to stay in Napa!
