We were happy with this location for our family of 5. It actually seemed more spacious in person than in the photos. Loved the wrap-around porch.

We rented the condo for Spring break and had a great time. The condo is nicely upgraded, furnished and in a great location. Beds were comfortable. Excellent lake view with a large, well furnished balcony around the condo. The check in instructions were clear and prompt. House rules and check out instructions were clear. The condo was very clean and quiet. We would definitely like to stay in the same place If we are ever back to Hot Springs. We had no issues or problems that we needed to communicate with the host for. We recommend this place if you are planning a Hot Springs vacation.
