First time to the area for our family of 8, that has been all over. The house was decorated nice and there were lots of helpful kitchen supplies. We appreciated the shampoo dispensers in the shower and coffee available for use. Tons of blankets and plenty of tvs. We were disappointed we couldn’t leave the blinds in the master open all night to view the lake in the morning as we woke bc of the neighbors bright flood lights. The master shower didn’t drain properly and we had to stand in dirty water which is not ideal. Overall if we hadn’t rented the boat a couple times it would have been a boring trip. Not much to do in the town. We were thankful for the swimming dock although steep hill to get to it. Perfect spot for home bodies. It was entirely too hot to do much outdoors away from water in July. We enjoyed our stay and thankful we are headed home with clean laundry thanks to the washer and dryers.

The house was fully stocked with anything we could need. The check in could not have been easier and the home was comfortable, clean, and in a great neighborhood. We got a calf workout walking back from the dock uphill but completely worth it. The kids loved the swim dock. Tammy does a great job communicating and making sure you have everything you need.

This house was exactly as pictured inside! The beds were the most comfortable any of us have ever slept in. The kitchen was fully stocked, coffee selection was great and there were plenty of linens. My only complain would be the walk down to the lake. We didn't realize there was a condo unit directly in front blocking direct access to the lake. That being said, everything else was 5-stars and we would absolutely stay here again (we are patiently awaiting fall dates to be released) now that we will be fully prepared for the hike down and up from lake!

There are so many good things to say about this house. It is equipped with all of the comforts of home, and then some. Every, and I mean every detail was taken care of, and in abundance. All of the bedrooms were nice sized and had comfy mattresses and linens. The living rooms were warm and comfortable. The cherry on top of this experience was the host Tammy. Tammy was the most proactive and friendly host that I’ve ever dealt with. The ideal location of this house takes advantage of another great thing about Hot Springs, everything is so close. We paid extra for lake access/use of the boat slip and dock area. We were surprised and a bit disappointed by the distance from the house to the lake. It was quite a trek down the steep driveway and through the Long Island Lake Resort whose guests also share lake access with the house guests. The next-door neighbors are a few feet away from the back deck/patio, but they were super sweet when we were out there.

5 star all around, the place was very well kept, had big smart tvs in every room of the house and the master bedroom even had a Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom fan so I was easily able to connect and play music while taking a shower and getting ready each morning!
