It was an amazing, seafront, well furnished villa with an amazing crew inside it. We faced some issues while we are going inside as it was not season time and there was a bad smell comes from the ocean. First we wanted to cancel the stay as we had 3 girls with us who were not happy with the smell, but the landlord suggested us to stay there at least 1 night to see the villa next days. And it was worth to do it as the crew ( specially Dani and the chef ) were amazing. We left the villa in a good mood despite we had hard 2-3 hours once we reach to it. We would definitly stay again there but next time for sure ill come on the real season

I’m not sure I can find the right words to describe our stay… simply put- amazing. Truly exceeded every expectation we even had and we never wanted to leave. We felt safe during our entire stay. It is down a long dirt road that is extremely dark at night, but they do have gate security at the entrance and security that walks the beach occasionally. The communication from the time I booked until the time we arrived was timely and professional. They even provided me with an itinerary of all the things they helped me arrange for our stay so I could share it with my guests. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. They are kind and extremely hard working. Anything we asked of them, they replied with a kind ‘sure, no problem’. They even suggested and arranged a dinner on the beach for our last night, which was the perfect way to wrap up our stay. I won’t say their names to protect their privacy, but the main villa concierge made sure we always had a beverage in hand, we had snacks by the pool and even climbed up and opened a fresh coconut when I asked if that’s what was growing on the tree. The grounds keeper made sure everything was clean and working properly. He and his guys made everything look ‘picture perfect’ for our event. They provided assistance and life jackets when we wanted to kayak… they wouldn’t even let us help them. The chefs were incredible. They made everything fresh and each thing they made was delicious. They were so happy to present what they made for us each night. They even helped us frost a cake we had brought even though they had never made frosting before. I thought this place might be too good to be true, especially with only a couple reviews and the very thorough first review… sometimes with that much detail you start to wonder if the place is legit… but I can second all of the wonderful things that review stated. The place, the food, the staff… INCREDIBLE! We hope to go back at least once a year.

Beautiful well appointed property. The staff were amazing and the listing very accurate. Great AC and amenities. Go with the private chef if you can, the food was amazing. Will definitely be back.

What an incredible stay! Jeremie was so helpful with the booking - there were a couple changes to our villa due to unforeseen circumstances and he completely took care of us to make sure our reservation was honored. Jacqueline picked up concierge preparations from Jeremie and she was so amazing and patient with us planning a trip and activities for a large group arriving from multiple locations and with various dietary needs. The grocery prestock and delivery was so convenient (definitely a surcharge for delivery but worth it)! Jacqueline had wonderful recommendations for us before arrival (including a photographer) and Erika was fantastic as our check-in and on-site concierge - she checked in with us daily and arranged an amazing tour (and also arranged a taxi delivery of some medicine for my cousin after hours!). Where do I start with the villa staff?! They all were so warm and welcoming and just took the most amazing care of us the whole week! Daniel our butler anticipated our every need (margaritas to mojitos to beautiful fresh juices and smoothies to beach towels and help with the kayaks and paddle boards) - he was really attentive without being intrusive. Norma and Maria our house keepers kept the villa organized and clean with fresh high end linens and towels daily and also helped with some laundry! Mauricio our groundskeeper was just so sweet and thoughtful - he arranged a piñata for the kids in the beach garden (so special!) and he also got a soccer ball for my son who loved to play on the beach. He cleaned the beach of seaweed everyday and even offered to drive my uncle and my cousin to akumal one morning when they felt sick and didn't make the tour bus. It was a pleasure to have Mauricio and his family on property! Christian and Zuheley our chefs were absolutely phenomenal. Every meal was stunningly beautiful, fresh and delicious. Christian poured his heart and soul into each meal and we were just so impressed with the quality and variety. From the most gorgeous Mexican breakfast specialties to fish tacos to ceviche to fresh desserts (best coconut cake of my life!) to fresh breads and muffins daily to lobster, mole, enchiladas, incredible soups, fruit art.... everything was SO delicious and impeccably done!!!! He and Zuhaley went above and beyond everyday and our kids absolutely loved "helping" and hanging out with them in the kitchen. The staff are truly the heart and soul of the villa - the property is gorgeous. Very cool with exterior staircases (like swiss family Robinson tree house style in the jungle!) and private rooms/spaces for us to hang out together and also have private space. Casita was lovely too along with the main house. Air conditioning worked great - hot water was a little spotty but seems somewhat typical for Mexico. The sunrise every morning on the ocean side was gorgeous and the roof top deck for sunset in the jungle was fabulous. soliman bay is super peaceful and quiet - the beach directly in front of the villa is rocky but smooth gorgeous sandy beach is two minute walk down the beach and was nice to have the Jashita hotel a quick walk away in case you want the spa or restaurant (though Christian's cooking was so amazing we had no need to go out!). We loved paddle boarding and kayaking and snorkeling in the bay in the clear blue water. The villa is off a pretty bumpy dirt road but was good for running for exercise and felt very safe with security. We went to tulum a couple days and was an easy 20 minute drive away. I will say for families with really small children the bedrooms were so private that it may not be the best property especially with all the exterior stairs but the rooms did have locks to the pool area and the beach area had nice shade and sandy area for kids. Our kids 4, 4 and 7 loved the freedom of the property and they were in the gorgeous pool and hot tub all day or in the ocean or up in the loft hanging out. Great outdoor showers for post ocean rinse. Overall an amazing family vacation, thank you- will definitely book again!!!
