We rented 4 condos from Guy for a family reunion. They are great condos to stay in, right on Lake Metigoshe. Guy left clear, detailed instructions and responded quickly if needed. The condo was clean and updated, with a deck which included a barbecue available. There is so much around the condo, a coffee shop, bar and restaurant, and gift shop downstairs. Right across the parking lot is an ice cream shop and another restaurant. The kids enjoyed playing in the water around the docks available to guests. We had a great family reunion there and hope to come back again.

Great place to stay over the 4th for families. Great view and very nice host.

A great place with responsive host. Very awesome to see a self managed and self maintained facility by the hosts. Awesome views, and great unit. I will definitely book again in the future for our family.
