Overall the apartment was nice and very walkable to downtown! Bathroom is verrry small and awkward but does the trick. Mortal Kombat arcade game was great!

Great location, walkable to waterfront and restaurant district. With included off-street parking you’ve got a great home-base to enjoy the local sights. Comfy bed, full-service kitchen, separate sitting areas to relax or play in top it off. The bathroom is a little awkward as others have noted; most mention the lack of room regarding the toilet, but we also found the sink awkward. It’s too high and you have to squeeze your hands between the tap and the rough concrete) edge. The shower is fine. Check-in is a breeze.

I had to travel to VT for a work conference and I didn’t want the usual hotel experience. I just loved the apartment and the area.

I love this area of Burlington - close to my favorite coffee shop Barrio Bakery, my favorite yoga studio Sangha North, and Taco Gordo. It's easily walkable (about 15 minutes) to the downtown area, City Market and Church Street. The space was quiet in a mostly residential area. There was a nice kitchen that had everything you needed, a cozy bedroom, a living room with a huge fuzzy blanket, a small game room, and a small bathroom. A table was set up outside as well.

Dave's place was great! Came up to visit my daughter at UVM. The apartment is a nice option over a hotel. Very comfortable, close to the school, walkable to groceries and restaurants. Easy to find and check in/out. Will try to book again when I come back to see her.
