it’s a beautiful house with Japanese inspired interior. Perfectly fit all 16 of us plus 2 kiddos and 2 pets. There’s so much room and books to do something and bond together, not to mention social media worthy photo spots. I love the dining area and the second floor veranda where we spent most of the time dining and playing board games and bingo. Ecai is very responsive. She attends to our needs very quickly and responds to messages very promptly. I recommend the place especially for big groups like 12 or more.

The house is very spacious. The caretaker allowed us to check in early also which we appreciated since we had small kids under 5. Since there was a storm, they were able to provide a generator also, this made it very comfortable. My only reco would be to have the curtains / bed sheets washed, since they were dusty. Limited number of bowls and mugs for the amount of people (4-5 bowls and 5 mugs). We were 16 pax. Also, there we’re 2 stray cats who went inside the house multiple homes & we had to chase them away.

My family stayed here for the Holy Week weekend. The house was large and spacious, with fresh bedding and clean bathrooms. Perfect for big groups! I thought the attic with 10 beds would get really hot but was surprised that the air conditioning was working really well! Aircon was great and kept us cool in the hot afternoons. Our family also enjoyed home cooked meals made in the equipped kitchen and the grill! The beaches were also a quick drive away and they weren’t over crowded, considering the holiday. We’re also very grateful to the caretaker, Kuya JR, who was very accommodating during our stay!!! Our only recommendation is to provide enough cutlery for the big groups. We were 16pax but spoon and forks weren’t enough so some had to use disposable ones. Not a major issue but just something to keep in mind!

The place is great for our family lots of places to hang out. Kids had a great time in the swimming pool. We weren’t able to go to the beach as it is a bit far to walk if you are with toddlers and senior citizens.

My family stayed at Ecai’s place in the midst of a raging storm. As may be expected, we experienced a power outage, but Ecai made sure we were comfortable, circumstances notwithstanding. She made an emergency purchase of a replacement genset and offered a generous discount for the inconvenience we experienced. Things like these make one understand why she is a superhost! Though cocooned in the villa, we had a lot of fun and relaxation. From the time we arrived, I complimented Ecai on how lovely her place was - clean, welcoming, homey, and with plenty of space! The kitchen was user-friendly, and we were able to enjoy home-cooked meals. It’s also great that there are different areas on the property where we did our family bonding and endless conversations. JR was also helpful, offering to get us the essentials we needed. He and the rest of the staff were there when we needed assistance but respected our privacy. On our last day, when the weather somehow improved, we visited sunset beach for the usual photo-taking, assisted by the staff. We left Ecai’s place planning our next visit, and soon.
