My coworkers had a great time at the beach house. They particularly liked the spacious beachfront, perfect for our short programs and activities. The kitchen was well-equipped and convenient to use. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though one had slightly less effective air conditioning, possibly due to its smaller size. Despite a minor power interruption, the owner and caretaker promptly addressed the issue, ensuring our stay remained enjoyable.

Ms. Jill was very responsive to my inquiries. She allowed us to exceed the maximum pax allowed inside. She also accommodated my request for early check-in and late check-out. The place is very nice and clean! There are a lot of activities to do on the beach. We would like to come back on a non-peak season.

Our family enjoyed our stay at the Dekhaus. Jill and Manilyn are easily reachable and very accomodating. The balcony overlooking the beach is a great place to hang out, and they provide a kayak and a paddleboard for free. The beach is also calm and peaceful so taking a swim is relaxing.

Ms. Jill's place was very nice, but what made is truly special were the couches by the beach! You can chill there for hours, do karaoke, grill, or just watch the sunset :) The rooms were clean and all air-conditioned. I think the chest freezer needs to be replaced though, since it wasn't that cold anymore. But since they have another refrigerator, it was okay :) The caretaker was very accommodating! Props to Ate :) We would definitely stay there again.

Pros: Place Was great for large groups. The beach front was beautiful and the great for family bonding and eating outside. The Kayak and paddle board were fun to have onsite. The housekeeper was helpful and there were a lot of activities nearby. Cons: We it felt a little unsafe at night because people can access the home from the beach. We didn’t get the keys right away so we couldn’t lock the house when we left. We had to ask the next day for them. Also there weren’t locks for the gate at night, we had to use our own. The bathroom was outside and could use some renovations. Another con is the barangay is very strict about karaoke use, 10PM the housekeeper asked us to shut it off and someone came to the house, they yelled at my cousin to turn it off. My husband noticed some guy kept looking over the beach gate into the home, It felt like we were being watched from the beach, which made us feel very unsafe.
