Its conception is rooted in its peak location, where the estate is lodged right where orange sunsets greet crystal clear cerulean waters day in and day out. Inspired by the owners’ Spanish roots, it’s a rent-to-stay beach house open to the public – a gateway that pays homage to the beach’s natural light and tranquil ambiance. Our goal at Sunset at Ibiza is to infuse the Mediterranean spirit into intentional living, whether it be a scenic boat ride, an intimate meal with loved ones, or a rediscovered sense of balance of one's mind and body. Our luxuriously designed and high-quality accommodation ties the classic European experience and scenic Philippine waters into one getaway.

Lovely beach house which is just an hour away from Tagaytay. Caretakers were helpful especially Donna, and her smile and warmth :) We rented their Magic Sing for some Karaoke night and it was a hit for us. Recommended for quick getaway outside Manila.
Highly recommended! Just like the host, caretakers are also responsive to our needs.
The place is topnotch. We particularly enjoyed the stunning views of the ocean from the balcony. Lastly, the caretakers were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. We’re so grateful for their assistance. We’re definitely planning on coming back soon. Thank you again for everything!
What a gem! This place is excellent—everything you could possibly need is anticipated. The place is pristine, the AC keeps everything cool. The space is very inviting. We will definitely book this place again!
It was a beautiful beach house. Txyla and Xavi plus their staff Emily and Donna are kind and accommodating. The whole family enjoyed our overnight stay. Highly recommend this place if you want a beach front house to enjoy with your family!

SUNSET AT IBIZA is located in a small coastal community in Brgy. San Diego, in Lian, Batangas. It is a simple neighborhood that is now home to small resorts and Airbnb’s post Covid pandemic.
During the rainy season, it would be best to come in a 4x4 as puddles of water easily form on the unpaved parts of the road. Groceries, wet market, restaurants are easily accessible via cars.
