The property is located in front of a public beach and is beside other bigger resorts in Nasugbu. The beach is a typical Batangas quality beach with gray fine sand and generally swimmable. Depending on the weather condition and the number of people enjoying the beach, we are unable to guarantee that the beach will be acceptable to your liking. The cleanliness is maintained by the municipal government but our caretaker is also trying to keep the area in front of the property clean.
