Nestled in a quiet part of Lian, this stay will help you rejuvenate & be one with nature. Both accommodations have a porch facing the sea for front seats to the majestic Batangas sunset. Go swimming, crabbing, kayaking, & paddleboarding on our "private" shoreline. You can buy or pre-order catch-of-the day seafood from our caretakers. The newly-built Pool Villa with 2 bedrooms. It has a Master Bedroom with en-suite toilet & bath has 2 queen size beds and a roll-away bed (sleeps 4-5 pax). 2nd bedroom has 4 bunk beds and 3 pull-out beds (sleeps 11 pax). Rustic Beach House has 3 bedrooms. Ground floor bedroom has 2 bunk beds that can sleep 4 pax. Master Bedroom on the 2nd floor has a queen bed that can sleep 2 pax and has its own ensuite toilet & bath. 3rd bedroom on the 2nd floor has 2 bunk beds and a sofa bed that sleep up to 6 pax. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. There is an extra sleeping space in the Beach House living room that has a day bed with pullout (sleeps 2 pax) but it's not air-conditioned. If there's more than 30 pax of your, we can set up a tent with two (2) double mattresses for additional four (4) pax. Total sleeping capacity then will be up to thirty-four (34) pax. ₱500 per extra pax per night in excess of 16 pax rate capacity. Extra pax exceeding 34 pax sleeping capacity should bring own tents but also subject to ₱500 per extra pax per night extra pax fee.
