沙滩干净安静，建筑有历史，厨房和餐厅很棒，二楼公共空间也赞，但睡眠空间一般，隔音不好，特别是电气设施质量较差，总体来看还是可以。

Sir Jo's place is a hidden gem, perfect for big groups/family. The house has a rustic spanish vibe that is well maintained with modern furnitures. The beach is definitely swimmable especially for kids and oldies, it's just that month of May is jelly fish mating season and my daughter got stinged (sadly), the caretakers has a first aid kit for emergency situation which is a plus. From beddings, bathroom, kitchen utensils, you'll get everything you need in this place. We're able to go to mini sandbar where we really enjoyed the pristine, clear waters which the kids really love. In addition to this, as a yoga and pilates lover, I was also able to take a photo of me doing a handstand on one of their coconut trees which really makes me happy. We would love to go back here! Thank you for the sumptious bibingka as a welcome gift. Thank you for sharing your home with us Sir Jo. Please extend our regards to your care takers and let them know we appreciate them a lot. Jo is accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. His vintage Spanish house was a treat for old souls like us. Be aware that the house needs extra love and care when staying there, but its rich vibe that warmly brings you back in time well compensates. The dining area was spacious and the big windows allow a lovely view of the beach and the sunset. The kitchen was big enough for 3 people to work simultaneously and the 2 separate kitchen sinks were helpful. We also liked the real, solid wood stairs and floor upstairs and capiz windows. The second floor has a sprawling living room and entertainment space which allows guests to enjoy some private time or group games while others watch TV. The beach, located literally in front of the house, has fine white sand, warm water and is nice for a swim. No one complained of itch or bites in the water. Parents can sit in the garden tables with a good view of the kids playing in the beach. We would love to return to Jo's home.

Very Cozy & Relaxing place!! Worth every penny! First time we experienced a very relaxing New Year's Eve! Internet is very reliable for a work from home setup! Hoping to be there in the near future!!
