We got to book the place on an urgent basis and the host helped us get thru the reservation without any issues. Very accomodating, there was a short power interruption which can't be avoided so the host made it sure that the issue is fixed right away. The host was kind and apologetic of the incident, and as a compensation, she even let us extend our check out time. If you are looking for a place to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of the city life, overlooking the sea and greeneries, check Teresa's Farm Airbnb. Highly recommended!

Sobrang sulit ang lugar ni madam! Mahal na mapapamahal (love), di gaya ng mga mura, gusto mong murahin yung may listing. Sorry may hugot. Napakadali makisuyo sa mga staff lalo kay madam Nene! Si Madam Teresa was suuuper kind to answer all our questions, AND para sa mga introvert, nakalatag na ata lahat ng possible questions mo with matching answers sa notion nya pagkabook mo. If you see her listing na available, book mo na kasi napakadali mabook ng lugar na ito. Perfect ito lalo pag may drone ka kasi iba yung view, mala Peter MacKinnon mga shots mo after! Safe na safe parking pero wag kang magdala ng super lowered (1 inch ground clearance unless naka airsuspension ka) kasi may mini bridge sya, baka sumayad ka. Hindi mapuputikan range rover mo kasi may concrete parking sila w/ Duhat tree. Malinis super ang pool, clear na clear at hindi nakakasugat ng bagong foot scrub mong paa. Napakalaaaaaawak ng dining area and ng kitchen. Hindi ka mapapahiya dalhin friends and family.

I was pleased how responsive Teresa was amidst few hours before the day of the booking. It was a sudden decision from my family to spend a day to unwind and relax, and I was delighted that our reservation was quickly confirmed. The place was beautiful and well-maintained. The place is truly a good spot for family time. Aside from the pool, you can also enjoy board games, and play area for kids. The place is also packed w/ essential amenities, place to cook and grill, etc. Furthermore, they allow visitors to enjoy their homegrown fruits and veggies. My family just wishes that they put more lights on the pool area to make it more kid and adult-friendly. In addition, if they can intall bug zappers to control the flies around the place. Lastly, although this is just a minimal concern, I hope the cleaner would just remind visitors about the checkout time few minutes before instead of straightly cleaning the place. This might give impression that you already want the guests to leave.TY again

Our family felt well taken care of. Great place with very responsive host and helpful staff. Surprised by the complimentary welcome snack and the freshly picked mangoes. If you want privacy with a large space and a scenic view this place is a good option.
