Named after our loving daughter Ana Mari, Amari is an extension of our family home, where are our children's childhood summer vacations and weekend getaways were spent with friends and family. For more than 30 years now, our beach house has undergone several transformations through the years - from a native inspired nipa hut to now a modern blend of contemporary rustic. We welcome you into our home and hope you're able to create your own beachside memories. Just a 3 hour car ride from Manila, our 4-bedroom home is located in a local neighborhood right by the beach of Ligtasin Cove. A gentle reminder that we are a private house and not a hotel. Our home is designed with an open concept and a rustic industrial style. The property is very spacious with a cabana, outdoor grill and shower, beach chairs, surrounded by a canopy of trees. COMMON AREAS The living room is enclosed by screens and wooden sliding doors with a high ceiling and is well ventilated with ceiling fans. There is a 56" LED TV that you can use during your stay with Cignal cable. Our internet provider is Converge ICT with speeds that can reach up to 600mbps. The living room is located right next to the dining room (seats 8) and the kitchen. Most of the time, we like to have our meals in the cabana while enjoying the outdoors and sea breeze. KITCHEN The kitchen is functional, well-lit and fully equipped with a stove and oven, pots and pans, kitchen utensils, rice cooker, hot & cold water dispenser, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and ground coffee maker. Water from the kitchen sink may be used for cooking. Please bring your own dishwashing liquid, sponge, condiments and ingredients. Dinnerware and utensils are provided. BEDROOM & BATH All 4 bedrooms have air-conditioning. 3 bedrooms have their own bathrooms with hot water provision for the showers, while 1 bedroom will have to access the other bedrooms for bathroom use. Sometimes heaters automatically turn off from the main power supply. You may request the reset through our household staff. Please bring your own toiletries and towels. PARKING 2 SUVs may park in the home garage while 3 other vehicles may park along the compound access road. OUTDOOR AMENITIES The Cabana is due for renovation and expansion due to the storms and monsoons. So please expect uneven floors and patched up nipa roofing. Outdoor shower is for rinsing only and does not have hot water provision.
