The place is exactly as described. Pool was cery inviting and inside the apartment was very homey.

The caretaker is very accommodating and friendly, the villa itself all are good. Just the environment is very poor, very noisy, can’t have a peaceful rest. But in regards of the convinience, the sarisari store is just in front of the villa, make us easy to buy anything we need. When we arrive, 1 of the water heater doesn’t work, and suggest to have a bigger TV, have a speaker and netflix account.

Host is super responsive so we were able to clarify all needs quickly with ease. There's a sari sari store right outside the property which makes restocking basic necessities convenient. Beach is 2 mins walk away. The shore was clean and well maintained by the community. Sand is fine but gray/dark. We experience electricity and water interuption, but good thing Host had a alternate power generator, so it didn't bother us much. Wifi was also down during our whole stay but that's because of the whole neighborhood's converge line was cut.

Clean and organized, it smelled great, which was a plus (not stuffy). Complete linen & beddings, clean sheets and smelled great too! We planned to cook during our stay and I must say, the All-Clad pots and pans was really impressive. Kitchen appliances all working properly. Cooking utensils, dinner & silverware were all complete, with wine glassess. Swimming pool is clean. The caretakers were all friendly and responsive whenever we needed something. Water pressure is okay, there's hot water too. We liked that there's bathroom in both bedrooms, a powder room at the ground floor and a shower area by the pool. Plus points for basic first-aid kit provided and the freebie tote bag given upon arrival. Entire house is airconditioned. There is a short walk to the beach (2mins?) but that's not much of a hassle. Beach is clean and generally calm, though as we expected sand is brown/gray but doesn't go deep right away which makes it generally safe. We were comfortable during our stay. Gracias!

Great place to stay for the new year. We enjoyed the pool and was able to cook our new year feast there. Everything is complete sleeping feels comfortable bathrooms are very clean. It is near a beach and the caretaker offered if we wanted to go to other places via boat we can rent from locals there. Definitely a great stay will book this again in the future worth it for family gatherings and small group vacation
