The photos don’t do this place justice!! Absolutely stunning location- the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The house is very well equipped and great for groups. We stayed for 4 nights on a family holiday and enjoyed exploring the island and having the property as our base.

Absolutely stunning! Having lived on the island and spent lots of holidays visiting and staying in numerous accommodations across the island, I can safely say, this is one of the best. Lovely, clean house. Location is spectacular, private beach straight outside the gate, views are pristine. The little penguins were under the deck and all through the garden, as well as a friendly echidna that our little ones adored. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Richard!

Fairfield House is a wonderful place to stay with spectacular 180 degree views to the sea. Richard's home is extremley comfortable and very well appointed. Our group felt right at home and we'll all be recommending Fairfield House. Thanks very much Richard for hosting us.

Beautiful property with the most stunning view. We stayed in summer so spent most of the time outside on the big deck. Walking to the beach from the property was a highlight. It was a very comfortable stay. Thank you.
