Few minor things but nothing that prevented a wonderful experience in this unit. Everything was as described and easily accessible. I would definitely rent again.

Pros: Host is reasonably fast at responding to messages. Had place cleaned when it wasn’t clean upon arrival. Sent new bath tissue and hand soaps when the supply was short upon arrival. Cons: Bed linens were dirty with sand/grit and hair. Almost out of bath tissue and hand soap. Comforters/blankets had been put away damp in closet and smelled sour (one was still damp). Killed two 1” cockroaches. Lots of wear and tear with stained carpeting and handprints on walls. Sent confusing messages on whether we needed to be there when cleaners came or not (which delayed the cleaning by another day). Refrigerator still had last guest’s food items in it. Toaster oven dirty. Dishes left in dishwasher. Master bathroom light was out (which had been noted in a review a month earlier). Promised to refund the cleaning fee since the unit wasn’t clean upon arrival and had to be cleaned DURING our stay, but later retracted her promise. Door code didn’t work on last night and had to be reset.

overall, this house is OK but the only we want to mention that, there are no cleaning product as stated, the light in master bathroom is out, no toilet paper and the hair dryer has no off/on switch. The host is very quick response, this is credit over all. Once we texted her, she responded quickly. Also my recommend the host that all dishes should be change because rubber maid dishes are too old and dirty. Thank you for everything.
