Sylvia has fabulous accommodation, set in a quiet and restful location. The accommodation is clean and tidy and Sylvia is a responsive and flexible. Highly recommend this peaceful accommodation in Cashmere.

What a lovely place to stay. The room itself is well set up, with everything you need for a short stay. The area is quiet and leafy, and close to town by car. I will definitely look to stay here again next time I am in Christchurch.

Sylvia's place is just so great for a peaceful quiet sleep. An incredibly comfortable bed, just perfect for a great night's sleep! Such luxurious comforts like: lovely double rose shower, capsule coffee machine, quiet heat pump, everything you need for a great sleep and beautiful garden and city views. I have stayed in about 5 Air BNB's in Chch over the last 2 years and this takes the cake!! I will gladly stay again if available.

Enjoyed staying in Sylvia's sunny room with her beautiful garden. Great spot where you can walk to a couple of good coffee shops.
