Vielen Dank, dass wir deine Gäste sein durften! Wir haben uns in der einen Woche total wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung war sauber und ist sehr schön eingerichtet (- das ist leider nicht oft so und ich weiß es zu schätzen 😄). Es gibt fußläufig Parkplätze, einen Supermarkt, Restaurants und mehrere Strände. Alicia ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, aber nicht aufdringlich. Ich empfehle diese tolle Wohnung sehr gerne weiter, wenn wir noch einmal nach El Cotillo kommen, dann sicher in diese Wohnung!

We had a lovely stay at Alicia's house. The apartament is very spacious, well-located, and only 2 minutes from the beautiful beach and resteurants. Alicia was very helpful - good and fast contact. I really recommend this place!

Alicia’s house is very well equipped with everything you need for long and short stays. It is quiet at night and within easy walking distance of beaches and the many great restaurants in El Cotillo. We only used the upstairs two levels as just the two of us, but very comfortable. Able to continue watching our favourite programme on the smart TV too! Of all the hosts/owners of rental properties we have encountered over the years Alicia is the best, the most friendly and the most helpful!

Alicia's place is terrific. It has everything one would desire for a stay at El Cotillo with a group: three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an outdoor patio. It is two minutes away from the beach and to nice restaurants and bars. Most of all, Alicia's friendliness and responsiveness were top notch!

The apartment is large, clean and well maintained - I felt it was very good value for money compared to other nearby options. Alice was also very friendly and responsive to queries. She took an unusual request from me in her stride, and made helpful local recommendations that worked out. Overall she made me feel very welcome and accepted (and didn't mind when I accidentally set off the alarm - sorry again!)
