Great location, right on the beach and I love El Cotillo. Peaceful community for the most part. A few things to be aware of: sound travels very easily (loud kids were in the apartment across for a few days and were very disruptive), the water pressure is variable (can be very strong or very weak), and there are little ants but this is an island apartment so all this was to be expected :)

The tiny house is even better than it showed in the picture. Perfect location right on the beach. Inside the room everything is Cristal clean. You can tell the host paid a lot of attention to details. Raul is super attentive and gave detailed tips for what to do. Would love to return next time.

A beautiful apartment with all the comforts and supplies. Ocean view from patio and 50 feet walk to beautiful sandy beach!! Raul is the best!! He provides a beach chair, blankets, umbrella, and wind screen. Highly recommend this unit and would definitely stay here again. The village with restaurants, markets and shops are nearby and an easy walk. There are also nature paths along the coastline for walking, running, or biking!
