This is a super cozy room in a beautiful house hosted by lovely people. The location is amazing--grocery stores, cafes, and restaurants are just a few minutes away by foot, Hampstead Heath is ~25 minutes away and King's Cross can be reached in 35. There are also several buses that stop nearby, and the Kentish Town tube station (though closed when I stayed) is just a few minutes away. Melanie and Siobhain are welcoming, friendly, and thoughtful. I arrived late in the evening after a very last minute booking and was greeted with a lovely cup of herbal tea and a candlelit room. I was given amazing recommendations for events and sight-seeing spots, all of which were wonderful and felt completely tailored to my tastes. Overall, a brilliant spot to stay with kind and accommodating hosts!

Just how lovely people Melanie and Siobhain are, as is their cool son H.! Always ready to help, advise, and guide you and to hear about your adventures. They live in a delightful, colorful, and tranquil home with a bedroom in soft tones and textures, where the hustle and bustle of the city immediately melt away. I could hardly rate the bed and pillow because I fell asleep right away. Absolutely recommended, also because of its excellent location relative to the city and St. Pancras/King’s Cross.

This house, the host and the outstanding bathroom provided all the comfort I could imagine! I love love love love and will be back time and time again! I actually don't want to leave because Mel created the most comfortable week I could have hoped for!!
