Wonderful in every way! Except the air conditioning. They have it set to a controlled temp depending on the time of day. We would get home and it would be 76 degrees randomly. And you would change it to like 69 for instance and it would just go back up to like 72 or something just at random times. It never would stay on what you set the temp on. But other than that everything was great!

Wonderful home for our 3 family spring break vacation. Great 6 bedroom floor plan provided space for everyone as well as a great kitchen ,living room, dining area that was perfect for hanging out, eating and playing games. Will definitely return. Heated pool was a great addition as the weather was a little cooler than we expected. Great hosts were responsive and accommodating! 5 stars all the way!

I am an Airbnb host myself, so I have to say, I have pretty high standards. This home is a true hidden gem! We have been to Destin 3 other times, and this home and location are far superior. With a pool and the beach out your backdoor, and the stretch of beach quieter than other areas, we really felt it made for the perfect vacation! Pods of dolphins would swim by throughout the day.. so close to shore, it was so fyn to watch! The home itself is beautiful, with an ideal setup for families, with the downstairs bunkroom and living space, it was perfect for teenage kids to hang and have their own space. And it even had an icemaker...such a little thing, but ot came in SO handy! And Sand Seeker Vacation Rentals...the management company was amazing. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome. They were quick to respond to questions, and the place smelled amazing and was sparkling clean upon arrival. I cannot sat enough about this rental.

A really nice place RIGHT on the sand. The location could not have been better. The place had everything we needed. They were easy to communicate with, check in was simple and, did I mention, the location???? RIGHT ON THE SAND!
