Please Note: Due to maintenance works, the complex swimming pool is not available for use from 11 March 2024. To ensure the comfort of our guests and neighbors, we do not accept bookings for 'Schoolies' breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow parties of any sort. Kindly note a deposit of 50% AUD of total amount will be charged at time of confirmation. An option of direct deposit and credit card is offered. A $1000 Security Deposit (PRE-Authorisation) IS TO BE Held. The bond will be processed prior to arrival. We only accept Mastercard or Visa. You can check in anytime between the hours of 2PM and 5PM on Weekdays. On weekdays after-hours, weekends and public holidays there is an afterhours check-in service. The location was good, the actual townhouse is huge, very spacious and plenty of room for all 6 of us. It is an older place and thats obvious, but generally it's ok. We had a number of problems. The big blind on the lounge room window was on the floor when we arrived, the tiled floors had obviously not been cleaned, the aircon in the lounge room didn't work, the power points in the bedrooms and some bathrooms didn't work. Also the handle on the door out to the balcony on one of the bedrooms was falling apart. We contacted the agent and they had the floors cleaned and an electrician came out to fix the issue with the power points, the fuse must have tripped again because they only worked for a day. They couldn't get anyone out to fix the blind or the air con. The agent was very responsive and eager to help, but the property needs some maintenance.
Great location right next to a jetty, with really pretty views you can see from the backyard. Pool area was great. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean and modern. However, we had trouble using the dishwasher, the fridge temperature was questionable, and perhaps more cutlery was needed. But overall great place for a holiday!
Disappointed, stained lounge, dirty windows, screens and outdoor area which we had to clean ourselves, bbq rusted through and unusable. Dirty towels . No a/c connected in living room. Fridge impossible to set correctly. Courtyard area dirty and unusable. Rose at LJH sent a msg saying ‘this property has recently had a very large renovation’. No apology for a substandard presentation or poor maintenance. We had 3 days of dealing with issues, maintenance guys, which interrupted our family reunion. I have rented previously from AirBnb and never before had these issues.
200% recommended of the property. Location, facilities, safety were perfect. Looking at the sunset outside of the property was such an amazing experience!
