Claire’s place was extremely convenient for us as we were attending a private event being held locally but it is located close to the centre of town with a local shop and fish and chip takeaway literally five minute walk away with The Redgarth Pub (that does excellent food) just a ten minute walk away. There is plenty of parking, and the neighbourhood is lovely and quiet and feels very safe.

Second time staying at Claire’s I’ve got nothing but praise for Claire and Martin,so helpful and a pleasure to deal with.The best hosts I’ve ever stayed with and I worked away from home for 25 years.The house is lovely and very homely,has everything you need and comfy beds too.5 stars all day thanks for letting us stay Claire you went above and beyond for us.

Claire’s house was very cosy and exactly what we needed for a wedding at Logie Country House. Warm and comfortable with extra blankets in the lounge. The local shops were great and we bought food from the butcher, and the fish and chip shop, as well as a good lunch at Morris’ Hotel. There is also a CoOp about 15 mins walk away
