房东热情周到，家具和电器设备都用心为客人考虑周到，是一位热爱生活的房东。卫生干净整洁。环境宁静，房屋安全。厨房摆放整齐。最让人羡慕的是床居然是可以电动按摩，很让人意外。

I stayed at Max’s “Large rm in big West L.R. home” for one night in April. The room and house were as described in the listing; the photos were accurate. The room and house were clean. The fixtures and Wi-Fi worked. The house temperature was comfortable. The room was exceptionally well equipped. I brewed coffee in the kitchen using the water kettle, but didn’t cook anything. The bed has an adjustable “Sleep Number” mattress. I recommend adjusting the mattress well before going to bed. I had never slept on one of these before, and it took several minutes to find a comfortable setting. Overnight, another guest checked into an adjacent room while I was sleeping, and I didn’t wake up. Self-check-in with the door code was easy. Max was there when I arrived to reiterate additional details. Max was friendly and interesting. One of his friends was there in the house as well. The bedroom and house were very secure. The neighborhood is incredibly beautiful. I recommend the place to anyone.

Super streamlined with door locks, nice towels and settable airbed. Very clean. Very responsive and helpful.

I rented a room for my son, who brought two cats with him. Max contacted me regarding complaints he had, and we addressed the complaints. My son did not leave the room as clean as he should have. I have been in touch with Max about this issue. Max indicated he will charge an extra fee for deep cleaning because of the cats. I am fine with the extra fees because of the cat and the way my son left the room. I don't know how much the fees will be at this time.
