I have to say that this was the most disappointed and upset I have been in more than two years. I alerted the host that I be arriving late to the location because of lengthy travel from Texas ahead of time to prepare for my business trip. After reading the very vague check-in instructions and executing them, I was still unable to access the unit because there was no code. Both the AIRBNB staff and I tried to contact the host for THREE hours via text and phone to no avail. Finally we gave up around 1:30 am, cancelled the booking and I found a nearby hotel which was very inconvenient and expensive. After the fact, the host responded with a rude text that stated "This is same check-in procedure everyone has used for four years and that he was asleep. But no actual apology for the inconvenience, no nothing. In my opinion, the host cared very little about whether or not I was a satisfied customer. I would rate my experience ZERO stars if I could. Aloof host, hidden location - 0 stars.

private and affordable, somehow didnt run into anyone else there even though i was out an about a lot. affordable and worth the money. would stay again
