We stayed in John’s place for two months and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. It is located in a peaceful and quiet location, which was exactly what we wanted. The unit is very well taken care of and quite comfortable, we felt right at home during our stay. We loved our time there and hope to return soon!

Our stay at Casa Frida exceeded all expectations. We stayed for about 6 weeks and there's not a thing I'd change. The location is great, close to Fisherman Village and near shops and cafes. There's a huge community pool but the neighborhood is calm and silent. The wifi worked great. The cleaning staff and hosts were incredibly kind and responsive. The house itself is pristine and looks brand new, it has all the appliances you could think of, the aircon works great and the house is overall beautiful to look at. Not a bad word to say, honestly. Hope to be back next year!

Wonderful, spacious villa in a spectacular location! Very clean and with all the amenities you need to feel at home. The area of the villa is quiet and offers a very nice place to relax in the sun during the afternoon, either at the pool or on the upstairs balcony. Once we arrived, communication was through John's wife. It was a pleasure communicating with her, she is so friendly, fast to respond and very helpful! (Thank you for everything :) ) Location: A short walk to the end of the road on which the villa is located and you're directly at Bophut Market! - a small, tasty food market with street food options, a juice and coffee stall, and fresh fruit & vegetable vendors. Fisherman's Village is a short 10 minute walk from the villa, and along the big main road there are many small restaurants & street food options. For all your grocery needs "Big C" supermarket is a great place and can easily be reached by foot, scooter or grab car.

John was very responsive and his staff were very prompt and helpful. The villa was a perfect home away from home for us and our children loved the communal pool. Great location with lots of restaurant option and supermarket, close to fisherman’s village which has even more food option. Overall, we are really happy with our stay. Thanks John and New!!

Our stay in John’s place was perfect. Villa was very nice, spacious and clean, had all the amenities needed. The residence where villa is located is great, lots of greenery, deep pool, territory is constantly cleaned by staff, even though one villa was under construction, it didn’t bother us at all. There was nice beach (but water was not clear) in walkable distance 10-15 min, lots of cafes near the villa. Supermarket was in 20-25 min walk, mini market was just down the hill. Check in team was a very nice couple that lived in the same residence, so in case of emergency they were always reachable. Cleaning 1 time a week was always on time and cleaned everything with excellence. Moreover, the villa was pest controlled, so even no mosquitoes or spooky insects were seen around. The one minus was that electricity was not included and we had to pay around 120$ for 3,5 week stay. Overall, this was our best experience with airbnb and we wish every place had such great management. Thank you!
