My son, his partner and I enjoyed a short break from our different work in Hobart and really enjoyed our stay. The home has a great beach vibe with a lovely verandah looking towards the sea. We really enjoyed all the extras - the hot tub was fantastic especially on a rainy afternoon; the pizza oven was superb and heated up really quickly; and it was super fun to kayak round to the bay overlooking Port Arthur in the evening. The house is so well located for Port Arthur and all the amazing walks on the Tasman Peninsular including to Cape Raoul and Cape Huay. Andrew and Sharon were great hosts, super responsive and really accommodating. We would definitely like to come back before too long.

Een prima en comfortabel huis, met een fijne spa in de tuin. Jammer dat Andrew overal aangeeft dat je alles mag vragen maar als ik vraag om een ontbrekende theepot en een kaasrasp, krijg ik geen antwoord en bij herhaling van mijn vraag kreeg ik een vervelend antwoord.

Our family of 6 (4 adults and 2 kids) were very comfortable in Andrew and Sandra’s shack. The separate annex was perfect for the grandparents and yet the main house easily fitted us all for dining and relaxing. The front deck has water views and we spent time there relaxing too. The area is a quiet community which really suited us, with a short walk to the beach. We made full use of the kayaks that are generously available and had a couple of paddles out on the bay. The pizza oven and hot tub were also a fantastic addition and we made use of these too. Wood fired pizza was a timely choice in a power outage! Andrew and Sandra were very accomodating with our booking requests and the breakfast provisions and mini bar were a nice unexpected bonus! Thanks for having us, it was a perfect way to spend a long weekend.

We had a beautiful stay at the house, it suited us perfectly. The spa was amazing, kayaks a great bonus as well as a fantastic coffee machine. Location was perfect, thank you so much!
