The apartment is cozy, well equipped, close by most restaurants and Gondola is 2 min walk. our only issue was the bed which shows as a king but for us we would call that a queen so was too small for both, we managed to negotiate something with Shalva. Was very pleased with his service in the end. Thanks!

THE BEST CHOICE FOR WINTER VACATIONS! The apartment is modern furnished, nothing is missing during your stay. You can spend pleasant evenings watching Netflix or YouTube. It is clean. There is a ski deposit and equipment rental in the building. Perfect location - close to the gondola and all restaurants, yet quiet and peaceful at night. Within a minute there is a fairly well-stocked Spar. Moreover, the host is very polite and friendly. He responds quickly to messages resolving any questions. To sum up, I will definitely come back here for another winter vacation. You can't find a better place in Gudauri.

The apartment was great, near to the gondola and center of new gudauri(2min walk). You have lockers for the equipment which helped a lot. The kitchen has everything you need. The view is amazing. We really enjoyed staying there! Shalva is very freindly, was responsive and answered any questions we had or helped with any issue we had. Thank you Shalva!!

The host is really super nice, he is one of the best hosts I have ever met, responsive to every request. The location of the home is also very good. It only takes 2 minutes to walk to the gondola ski lift. The home is clean and tidy. In addition, there is a ski equipment storage room that can be used for free, which is suitable for ski lovers. The warm-hearted host extended the check-out time considering that we were taking children with us. We recommend that you book a house with them.
