We had the most wonderful 10 night stay at Ioseb’s apartment (we ended up extending our stay by 2 nights as it was such a wonderful holiday and everything was perfect). The apartment is exactly as depicted in the photos - comfortable, clean, stunning views, with ample crockery, cutlery etc, very convenient being on the 1st floor and lots of space with the separate bedroom to the left. There were 2 sofa couches, so lots of beds to sleep / relax in / on (including the 2 beds in the bedroom). Thank you for your wonderful hospitality Ioseb and for organising our transfers and for being so accommodating. We really loved our stay in your beautiful, well appointment and very comfortable apartment, and we loved our time spent relaxing there after a day of skiing taking in the exquisite view of the village against the backdrop of snow covered mountains. Highly recommended.

Thank you so much Ioseb! Incredible location and best place to stay in Gudauri. True ski in ski out location off Gudaura 2 run, all restaurants nearby, gondola and chairlift within a minutes walk and even quicker ski, ski locker, stunning views. Easy check in and check out and great communication throughout. Will be staying here again and recommending to all fam and friends. Do only get one toilet paper though so make sure to buy some from the supermarket in town!

The place is just perfect, we stayed there 2 days and It has everything. We felt, we are at home. The host is very friendly and responds fast. He sent us a driver to pick us up from Tbilisi airport to the resort.. he kept on messaging us to make sure everything is alright. The location is the best in Gudauri, the ski resort is in the basement, floor 1-.. It has 2 doors to the balcony that oversee the Gudauri ski resort and it’s beyond perfect. Drinking coffee on the balcony while watching people ski ⛷️ was amazing.

Ioseb was very helpful with every question we had. He always responded very quick. The Appartment is probably one of the few Places in New Gudauri where you really can „Ski In and Ski Out“ The appartment had everything you Need and was clean
