Mavericks is a beautiful modern home with ample space in the living areas and bedrooms. The house was very well equipped, very private and in an excellent location with sea views from all the bedrooms. This house was to a very high standard.

Absolutely beautiful home, and even more spacious than we expected. Our two families of four were perfectly accommodated by the well laid-out floorplan, with two pairs of bedrooms on the first and second floors. Lovely views from every room, and an especially well-appointed kitchen (probably the best-equipped of any AirBnB I've stayed in). The location is excellent, just across the street and down some stairs to the Tate Museum, and a few minutes' walk from St Ives harbour where visitors will find everything a visitor could want. One particular note for travellers with children: this home has a spectacular assortment of books, games, and puzzles suitable for all ages (quite literally from toddlers up to teenagers and adults), a large dining table that seats eight very comfortably, and an outdoor patio with comfortable outdoor furniture -- as well as cushions and blankets just inside the back door to make the outdoor area usable even in cooler months. We were thoroughly impressed!

Quite simply the best property we have stayed in. More spacious than we imagined, tastefully decorated and furnished, incredibly well equipped. Close to town, beaches and galleries but in quiet area and with parking for two cars.

Great place in St Ives, all the mod cons and loads of space. Gorgeous bathrooms. Great courtyard out the back. Perfect location for jumping on the coastal path, beaches and walking into town. Amazing seafood in the restaurants loads to choose from. Great communication and perfect instructions on how to get there,park and access the accommodation. A few lovely treats left for our arrival. Thank you!
