Gostamos de estar em Prato. Marco foi um excelente anfitrião. A casa estava muito bem equipada.

Mi estancia fue de 1 mes. La casa tiene todo lo que puedes necesitar (salvo lavadora, aunque hay lavandería cerca). La casa es muy espaciosa y está muy bien comunicada, justo en el centro antiguo de Prato. Tambien, muy cerca de la estación de tren. Marco, además, fue muy atento al resolver mis dudas cuando lo necesité.

Zentraler kann man in Prato kaum wohnen. Alles ist schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Unterkunft war wirklich sehr schön - größer und schöner noch als auf den Fotos. Vor allem das Bad war sehr modern und angenehm groß. Alles war super sauber und die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Marco ist ein extrem freundlicher und vollkommen entspannter Gastgeber. Wir waren erstaunt, wie flexibel er mit unserer Bitte, etwas später auschecken zu dürfen umgegangen ist. Marco sollte als Superhost geführt werden. Bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in Prato, würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder die Unterkunft von Marco wählen. Vielen Dank!

My husband and I had a wonderful one month stay at Marco's place! The unit is much more spacious than it appears on the pictures and had everything we needed for a long stay: kitchen tools for cooking meals, cleaning supplies to keep things tidy, a separate sink in the storage room where we hand-washed clothes, reliable WiFi, smart TV, plenty of storage space, and an air conditioning unit in both the front room and bedroom that worked very well. The large frosted window in the sitting area lets in a lot of natural light without letting anyone see inside. The location is perfect, as it's just a 3-minute walk from the main downtown area with plenty of restaurants and bars, and only a 7-minute walk to a station with trains to Florence, Pisa, Viareggio, etc. Marco and Giulia were a complete pleasure to interact with -- always responsive, and always friendly. I would be very happy to stay in this unit again if we ever visit Prato in the future!
