This lovely upstairs 1 bedroom cottage, accompanied with porches, is a short walk to downtown San Marcos. Whether you would like to visit the university, the river, or many restaurants and bars, the location is ideal. The cottage includes access to the pool and hot tub, as seen in the photos, between 9am-9pm each day. Guests will contact the host to obtain details about pool access and heater instructions. The open layout includes a full kitchen, dining room, and a cozy living room. The bedroom has a king bed, a chair, and access to a private outdoor deck.

Wonderful cottage Super comfey all throughout!! Wonderful location to so many places in San Marcos!! One of the best hosts I have experienced. Communication was fabulous. Everything went so perfectly Will be back for sure!!

The space was clean. Trinity was very helpful and responsive. Overall I would stay there again!
My son just started at Texas state. The location was a few blocks from the square and super close to his housing. A nice and quiet neighborhood. Super cozy upstairs apartment. Big nice shower, bath. Nice front and back outside porch. Just a lovely place. I’ll be coming to see my son frequently so will be staying again!! Thank you!!
