Location, location, location perfect! We were walking distance from the movie theatre, restaurants, grocery store, drug store and WONDERFUL ice cream and cookie store!

Highly recommend Alex’s place! It’s a very convenient location, walkable to all the shops and restaurants, Can’t find any other better places in Carmel valley! But still very quiet in the complex.

Alex is an amazing host, always available and kind on his responses. The apartment location is unbeatable, close to restaurants, mall, public pool, library, etc. The apartment is super well equipped with everything needed for a long stay. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay at this condo for 5 weeks. The location is awesome and the place is a gem. I informed Alex that I will be working remotely and need high-speed internet. Alex installed AT&T fiber prior to our arrival. The location is perfect right across from Del Mar Highlands Town Center with plenty of shops and restaurants. The condo was super clean, beds were comfortable, and fully stocked. We were pleasantly surprised by the care Alex took to ensure we had everything prior to the arrival. The condo had everything from basic kitchen supplies, paper towels, ziploc covers, utensils, soap, cleaning supplies, batteries etc. Addition of patio furniture (or just chairs) would make this place even more perfect. Alex is super responsive and took care of all our requests. We highly recommend this condo and will definitely come back on our future trips to San Diego. Carmen Valley Rec Center is next door to the complex. Torrey Pines state beach and Del Mar downtown are 4 miles away.
