The owner and caretakers were all very helpful and accommodating. They were always ready to assist and answer our questions/requests. The place is as described and a good deal for the price. The location is very accessible. Street parking was enough for 6 SUvs. Highly recommended!

The house is nice and clean, staff at the house are helpful. The rooms were good but dont fit 12 (our group size) Good location if happy to use Jeepney (air con) Nice to have pool. Issues: Air conditioning in each bedroom but none on ground floor and even with fan's we were all sweating. Smell in drains was coming through water and with heat in bathroom is overpowering. The water is cold because the water isnt heated, now this shouldn't be a problem but it is nice to have the option (when my wife and I stayed at L'Fisher, we enjoyed the hot water). Leak in lounge when it rained heavy, this is near TV. TV - ask to be shown how to use. Thought I could work all tech but there is a knack with operating this one. Nice sound bar, has 3D, Prime, Youtube and Netflix access. It is a lovely villa just needs work, told that will be looking into air con in lounge. Not sure when though so keep in mind when looking for a place to stay.
