Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. There’s security guard at the entrance 24/7. Swimming pool in the club house ( 4 mins walk from our house). There’s 5 mins walk if you want to use public transportation. Near to Panaad Stadium. Grocery store is just 10 mins walk ( Lopues Panaad). 1 Queen bed with air conditioner, 1 Single bunk bed- fan only , extra queen sofa bed ( living room). Air conditioner in the living room. Can accomodate 5-6 people. 1 Queen Bed ( 2 person) 1 Single Bunk Bed ( 2 person) 1 Queen sofa bed can be use as a sofa during the day and mattress for night time ( 2 person). Smart TV with Netflix/Youtube. Middle room is locked for storage purposes. We have a small office space for business or personal use. All of our furniture’s and appliances are almost brand new.
