One room filled with bugs. Using glass bottles in the bathroom without stabilizing it, and the platform was too small which dropped while showering and glass shattered everywhere. Other than that, service is really good.

Amazing villa with unforgettable view to vulcano. The villa is huge and let you feel like in paradise. Service from the Bali Droom team was great and very friendly. Breakfast was also amazing👍🙏

Logement tout simplement incroyable autant pour ces espaces de vie que pour sa vue à couper le souffle sur la nature. On se sent très vite chez soi et très reconnaissant ! Un très bon service hôtelier que ce soit grâce à un personnel amical et professionnel ou encore grâce à une très bonne qualité de repas. Si vraiment besoin axes d’amélioration, des échanges plus authentiques et moins formels avec le personnel et un mobilier piscine à mettre à jour. On note surtout une énorme flexibilité de la part des hôtes qui nous a rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable. On recommande évidemment !
