Rosemarie’s place is amazing. Herself and Carl were very responsive and Carl explained how everything operates perfectly. The place is exactly what you see in the pictures , the furniture and decor surely makes you feel right at open. There was extra bed linen in one of our rooms which came in handy for the sofa bed. The laundry room was such a plus to have because we got to return home with clean clothing ;) we had a power cut for couple hours and Carl was sure to call and check up on us and also reassure us that the power will return soon. The Bedrooms were immaculate and they both had air conditioning and ceiling fans that works. The mesh on the grills at the front and back to prevent mosquito from coming into the property was a great idea for the host to think of for their guest ! We had complimentary water, banana chips on arrival. There were toiletries provided and fresh towels and linen! It was an Overall great stay and the children felt at home. Will stay here AGAIN!

This is my second time renting this house. As always top notch. The home is beautiful Rosemarie is amazing. I had an issue with my travel plans and she was able to work with me. I will be a forever customer. Thank you Rosemarie.

It was a pleasure staying at Rosemarie's Lynhood Villa with my family. Rosemarie was very accommodating for a last-minute reservation. Her local liaison was flexible for a late check-in and early checkout. Although we are originally from Trelawny and are familiar with the area, the liaison checked on us via phone to verify if we needed anything. The home was as shown in the pictures. We enjoyed the landscaping, especially the mini palm trees that flank the sides of the property and the carpet-like "lawn" grass, which enabled us to walk barefooted outside, comfortably. We also enjoyed the fact that the safety grills that enclose the veranda and back door contain screens to keep mosquitoes and other pests out while allowing us to leave the front and back doors opened for natural breeze to flow through the open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen. The high ceiling also helped with air circulation and to make inside the house look and feel more spacious...

Beautiful gated community , close to everything! Rosemarie and Carl were wonderful ! Easy to speak to ! I’ll definitely be using the m again ! 💕😃
