Villa agréable, dans un environnement sympathique, même si la voiture est indispensable pour aller aux sites intéressants (dont port et plages). Excellent hôte : prévenant, hyper réactif, très gentil. Nous avons reçu des instructions très claires en français. Je recommande à 100%.

Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Das Team von Owl Booking ist sehr hilfsbereit und bei einer Anfrage sofort zur Stelle. Wir werden die Unterkunft sehr gerne für einen anderen Aufenthalt wieder buchen.

Great rustic country villa with Spanish flavour located in the countryside. Perfect private getaway and a fantastic starting point for cycling and visiting the island. Things to note, the heating is on a timer so the place can get quite chilly during the daytime and evening before the heat comes on (at 9p.m.). Although it has a wood burning fireplace, wood is not provided. The location is somewhat remote so a good gps is recommended. Very limited supplies of things like toilet paper (2 rolls for 4 people), no paper towels, shampoo etc. Bottled water is recommended. Electric kettle and wine opener were broken but replaced promptly. Unfortunately the pool is not heated so it ‘s only good during the warmer months.

Dans un quartier calme avec une belle vue, jolie villa entourée de moutons. Extérieur très convivial, terrasse couverte agréable, piscine bien exposée au soleil. Plage avec quelques animations à 5 minutes en voiture. On a passé un excellent séjour.

We had a great 10 day stay here! 4 adults and 2 toddlers. It was a peaceful stay and great location close to Pollensa town and some gorgeous nearby beaches. Owl booking were really responsive with any questions we had and really helpful too. It was a great base for exploring the north west of the island. Well equipped kitchen and a lovely outdoor area for eating and sitting out at night chatting. We had a wonderful holiday. Just a note that the pool is not fenced as per the photos in the listing. It wasn't a huge problem but my 18 month old did keep making a beeline for the pool!
